Admission Fee
Upon completion of admission documents: one-time non-refundable admission fee €800.
Tuition Fees
Includes all tuition, PE t-shirt, books and materials.

There is a sibling discount of 10% for second and subsequent children.
Parents working for one of the 4 partners of the school, (City of Leuven, Imec, VIB or KU Leuven) are entitled to an additional 10% discount on the tuition fee.Fee structure for admission during the school year:
- September – October: €14,900
- November – December: €12,665
- January – March: €10,130
- April – June: €6,070
Refund of tuition fees for withdrawal during the school year:
- Withdrawal up to and including 31 December 2025: 25% refund on total school year
- Withdrawal after 31 December 2025: 0% refund on school year
Additional Costs
- Residential Field Trip (Grades 2-6), 1 trip per year: Approx. €200
- Swimming (Preschool 2-Grade 6): €12 per session
- Hot Lunch (optional): €6,25 per day
- After School Care (optional, available 15:30-17:30): €1.25 per 15 minutes
- Extra-Curricular Clubs (optional): €5-7 per session
