With the help of our European Solidarity Corps volunteers, Silvia and Elle, the students are getting a taste of great international masters and great pieces of history through the lens of art. From Kandinsky to Magritte, from Turner to the Byzantine mosaics of Northern Italy, the school’s corridor is rapidly turning into our very own art gallery.

Inspiring a passion and confidence for creative self expression is a key goal for ISL. We encourage our children to explore ideas, imagine and “use the whole box of crayons”. Albert Einstein once said that “creativity is intelligence having fun” and we couldn’t agree more.
